Family & Children Resources at Project 31:25

Our Children

Project 31:25 has resources available for children who witness violence between family members at home. Even when children are not directly injured by violence, exposure to violence in the home can contribute to behavioral, social, or emotional problems. Ensuring their safety and preserving as much normalcy as possible is our goal.

We understand that discussing this topic for any mother is difficult at the least. Embarrassment and guilt will often times lead a mother to not express her concern for her children. We want to take that stigma off you and help you understand the gift you will be giving your child by giving a voice to their experience and stopping the cycle.

This will be handled in a safe and secure environment for you and your child/children.

Family Services and Support

A Rippling Effect

We understand that Domestic Violence has a rippling effect on friends and family. Project 31:25 has groups and educational classes for anyone who is supporting a victim of domestic violence.

Navigating Difficult Situations

It is not an easy task to know how to navigate the difficult circumstances surrounding an abusive situation. Knowing what to expect and how to understand will not only be necessary for the survivor but also for the supporting family members that want to help.

Helping Your Mending Partner

If you are a person now dating someone who is a survivor of domestic violence we have people to connect with that can answer questions and support you as you support your partner.
